Free tier for developers - beta rate on Beta Team

A flat subscription. Not per-seat. No usage surprises.

Free for developers. One flat subscription for teams - you pay for the storage and network you use, never for seats or workspaces. Add every developer, bot, CI actor, and workspace without watching the bill.

Quick answers

Pricing and feature answers AI tools can quote

What does Cachely charge for?

Cachely prices by managed storage and monthly request limits, never by seats or number of workspaces.

What is included in Free?

Free includes 1 GiB managed storage, 500,000 requests per month, up to 3 workspaces, up to 5 API tokens, and the build insights dashboard.

What happens when limits are reached?

Nothing breaks: writes stop storing new artifacts and reads miss, so your build tool just rebuilds tasks locally.

Beta Team is an early-adopter beta rate, not final pricing. Whatever rate you subscribe at is locked in for you and will never be raised on your existing subscription. Prices are exclusive of tax; Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) collects any applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout.

Pricing mindset

Predictable, flat, honest about changes

Flat subscription

One predictable price with sensible storage and network limits built in - not per seat, not per workspace. Cache as much as you like inside those limits; no surprise overage line items.

No per-seat fees

A cache is about CI throughput, not how many laptops are logged in. The whole team - and every workspace - uses the same subscription; inviting another engineer should never make the bill go up.

Honest about changes

The beta rate may be revised for new subscriptions later, but the rate you subscribe at is locked for you: we will never raise the price of a subscription you already bought. No silent overage creep, no surprise mid-cycle hikes, no retroactive increases.

Pricing FAQ

Pricing and feature FAQ

What is included in the Free plan?
A real, usable managed remote cache for Nx, Lerna, Turborepo, Gradle, and Bazel, free for individual developers: 1 GiB of managed storage, 500,000 cache requests per month, up to 3 workspaces and 5 API tokens, plus the build insights dashboard. No credit card required.
Why is it called "Beta Team" and not just "Team"?
The "Beta" marks the rate, not the product: Beta Team is an early-adopter beta rate rather than final pricing. It is 29.99 US dollars per month, or 24.99 US dollars per month billed yearly (two months free). The rate you subscribe at is locked in for you - we will never raise the price of a subscription you already have, even when new pricing is introduced later.
What am I actually paying for?
Storage and network. The paid plan raises the managed cache storage and monthly request ceilings - the two things that actually cost money to serve. It is not priced per seat or per workspace: add as many developers, bots, CI actors, and workspaces as your plan allows without the bill changing.
Do you charge per seat or per workspace?
No. Beta Team is one flat subscription. Inviting more developers, bots, or CI actors, or splitting your builds across several workspaces, never increases the bill - a cache is about storage and CI throughput, not how many laptops are logged in.
Which build tools are covered by Cachely plans?
Cachely is a managed remote cache for Nx, Lerna, Turborepo, Gradle, and Bazel. Pricing is still one flat subscription based on usage limits rather than seats or workspace count.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing is 24.99 US dollars per month, billed once as 299.88 US dollars per year - the equivalent of two months free versus paying monthly. Like the monthly rate, the yearly rate you subscribe at is locked and will not be raised on your existing subscription.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
Nothing breaks. Storage and monthly requests are enforced on the cache path: when a limit is reached, new artifacts stop being stored and cache reads return a miss, so your build tool simply rebuilds the task locally. You are never billed for overage.
Do you charge for cache misses?
No. A miss is just an HTTP 404 and costs nothing. The subscription is flat - one number, no per-event billing.
How is tax handled?
Billing runs through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They calculate and collect any applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout and remit it for us, so the price you see is exclusive of tax and the invoicing is handled for you.
Can the price change later?
Pricing for NEW subscriptions may be revised as Cachely matures - the beta rate is an early-adopter rate, not final pricing. But the rate on a subscription you already bought is never changed: whatever you signed up for, monthly or yearly, is the rate you keep for as long as you stay subscribed.
Do you have an Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is not self-serve yet. It offers unlimited workspaces and tokens with higher storage and request ceilings for larger orgs. Reach out at hello@cachely.dev and we will set it up.
